On November 14th, JSS Sakri Law College, in association with Ayurvedic Mahavidyalaya Hubballi, organized a health awareness program focused on diabetes. Dr. Shilpa highlighted the alarming increase in the number of diabetic patients and emphasized that this health issue should not be neglected. Additionally, Dr. Chaitralaxmi discussed the various causes of diabetes and the precautions that can be taken to prevent and manage the condition. The program saw active participation from doctors and faculty members of both the Ayurvedic College and JSS Sakri Law College, fostering a collaborative effort to promote health awareness and preventive practices within the community.
On November 26th, JSS Sakri Law College celebrated Constitutional Day with a special event featuring Dr. Sahradha Patil, a professor from GK Law College, as the chief guest. During her address, Dr. Patil emphasized the challenges involved in the interpretation of the Constitution in contemporary society, shedding light on the complexities and evolving nature of constitutional law. The celebration also included a collective reading of the Preamble by faculty members and students, reinforcing the importance of the Constitution in guiding democratic values and principles. On the same day, the college underwent the 4th cycle of NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) inspection, highlighting its commitment to maintaining academic standards and continuous improvement in educational quality. This dual focus on constitutional awareness and institutional evaluation underscores the college’s dedication to fostering a comprehensive legal education environment.
